Algo developer of physical systems Tel Aviv What will you do?:
- Data Analysis: Collect, process and analysis of raw data from left atrium pressure system and components, including data from various points in the production and calibration processes and field deployments.
- Modeling: Build empirical models based on experimental data and physical models of components (MEMS and ASIC) and sub-systems within the implant, interface with Algo team for drift mitigation based on those models. Develop deep understanding of Vectorious’ Left Atrium Pressure measurement system, based on those models and recommend system improvements.
- Algorithm Development: Development of algorithms based on data analysis and modeling (obtained from production processes and field use) to improve the V-LAP System measurements accuracy and stability. Defining the required data and calibration equipment required to develop robust algos.
- Failure Analysis: Investigate and diagnose any anomalies or failures in the ASIC, MEMS devices and systems by analyzing data, identifying root causes, and proposing corrective actions.
- · Reporting: Create comprehensive reports and visualizations to communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders, including engineering teams and management.
- Validation and characterization: Planning experiments, writing test codes, using standard testing equipment and dedicated test boards, performing experiments, analyzing data and drawing conclusions and recommendations with emphasize on algo development.
Potential future growth:
- Technology incubation: Research, identify, and evaluate emerging technologies and trends that align with the company's vision and strategic goals. Design, implement, and lead technology incubation projects, from ideation to prototype development, ensuring alignment with company strategy and innovation objectives.
What do you need to bring with you?:
- BSc (MSc or PhD advantage) in electrical engineering, applied physics or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in similar positions.
- Experience in algorithm development and data analysis of physical systems.
- Proficiency in Python for data analysis, including data processing, statistical analysis, and visualization.
- Ability to work with electronic test setups and instrumentation for data collection and analysis.
- Familiarity with MEMS / ASIC – advantage.
- Experience in writing an efficient, optimized, and resource-constrained FW code for embedded systems is a plus.
