UXUI product designer Tel Aviv Description:
We are seeking a talented and creative UX/UI Product Designer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for our patient self-management app and physician web interface. As the sole in-house designer, you will play a key role in the product discovery process, providing user insights and creating visualizations that guide the development of new features and products. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver solutions that meet the needs of our users while aligning with our business goals.
What will you do?:
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative UX/UI solutions for our digital products.
- Participate in the product discovery process, contributing insights and visualizations that help shape the direction of new products and features.
- Conduct user research and gather insights to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
- Design wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that effectively communicate design ideas.
- Develop and maintain design systems and ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints.
- Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on feedback and data-driven insights.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX/UI design, particularly in the healthcare and medical device sectors.
- Contribute to the overall product strategy by providing insights and recommendations from a UX/UI perspective.
What do you need to bring with you?:
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design within the digital health, medical device, or related industries- advantage.
- Strong portfolio showcasing your design process, user-centered design approach, and ability to solve complex problems.
- Proficiency in Figma and illustration tools.
- Experience with creating and maintaining design systems.
- Familiarity with web standards, responsive design, and accessibility best practices.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and rationale to stakeholders.
- A passion for improving healthcare through thoughtful, user-centric design.
- Ability to spend on average 25% of the time abroad (EU and US)
- Experience working on projects related to patient self-management or physician workflows- Nice to have
- Experience with analytics tools to analyze user behavior such as Mixpanel, Amplitude or Google Analytics- Nice to have
- Familiarity with front-end development and the ability to collaborate effectively with engineers- Nice to have
